What? Listen?? What an interesting concept! I&#039;m reminded of something I read somewhere from Jerry Hirschberg of Nissan. When we sense the 2 D&#039;s coming up in our communication events (Defensiveness and Debating) we need to combat them with the 2 L&#039;s (Listening and Learning). I wrote about it on my blog a while ago (http://youalreadyknowthisstuff.blogspot.com/2005/04/two-ds-and-two-ls.html).
