		<description>They&#039;re obviously trying to get past this stereotype as one of their most recent commercials is a woman who started on the front lines that has worked her way all the way up to a regional manager/director position.

What&#039;s next? Perhaps a focus on getting a McCareer instead of just a McPart-time job.</description>
