As you let go of one career/path you are likely to enter a confusing &quot;neutral zone&quot; for a while, before setting off in a clear new direction (and I speak from experience). That neutral zone is a pain, but you can&#039;t really hurry it up so it&#039;s best to be prepared for it.</description>
