		<description>I&#039;m looking forward to your series on uncovering hidden talents. One thing to think about is how talents interact with passions. I find that there is often overlap as what you are really good at gets you excited. For some it is hard to differentiate if it is truly a talent or just a passion, therefore it remains hidden. On my Website I talk about how uncovering and utilizing your talents and passions leads to higher job satisfaction and feeling significant. If more people felt that in their jobs how great would our workplaces be?</description>
