One thing to think about is how talents interact with passions. I find that there is often overlap as what you are really good at gets you excited. For some it is hard to differentiate if it is truly a talent or just a passion, therefore it remains hidden. On my Website I talk about how uncovering and utilizing your talents and passions leads to higher job satisfaction and feeling significant.
