About Bailey WorkPlay

The purpose behind Bailey WorkPlay is to radically rethink and redesign the work experience. Today’s competitive business environment means organizations must constantly and consistently deliver something that is extraordinary, remarkable, and uniquely singular. But it can’t be done with an organization that’s built around the old mundane rules of the past. The new rules for today’s business mean that workplace and employees must be equally extraordinary, remarkable, and uniquely singular.

Bailey WorkPlay is my platform to help organizations create just such a workplace culture. I call it work experience design and through writing and speaking, offer a dynamic approach that goes hand-in-hand with services such as employer branding, employee engagement, leadership coaching, and social media strategy.

I believe that you have to engage the talents, passions, and experiences of your whole organization and cultivate the necessary relationships that are vital for any cultural change to stick. This involves  building unique work experiences that lead to and healthy cultures with your organization’s purpose to co-create a brand that is authentic, powerful, and remarkable. The result is a workforce that not only loves what it does, but loves doing it for your organization. And that is what fuels the types of long-lasting customer relationships that all businesses need.
